Got some good Pinot Noir

Needed some Pinot Noir for a dinner party, and this site popped up. Found a decent Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. Everything arrived safe and sound. Easy enough to order, no fuss. Happy with the purchase.

Mostly positive, one small snag

My order for a mixed case of Australian reds was pretty good. The wines themselves were a nice variety and good value. Delivery was a bit slower than anticipated; it took 9 days, which felt a little long. Everything was well-packed though, and the bottles were secure. The website is easy to navigate. My only minor gripe was the delivery time, but for the price and quality, it's still a solid option. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay.

Consistently good service

This was my third time ordering from Crackawines, and as usual, they didn't disappoint. I picked up another White Wine Dozen, and the selection was great. My previous orders for specific varietals like the Clare Valley Riesling were also spot on. I keep coming back because I know what to expect – good quality wine and timely shipping. It's nice to have a reliable source for my wine needs.

Good selection, reliable delivery

I ordered a case of Barossa Valley Shiraz a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Delivery took 6 business days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was very secure, all bottles arrived intact. The quality of the Shiraz was as expected from the description. I had a quick question about tracking, and customer service responded within a few hours. Overall, a solid experience for buying wine online.

Good deal on a mixed case

I was looking for some value and found a clearance sale on a Mixed Case. Got a pretty good discount on it, which made the cost per bottle very reasonable. Shipping wasn't free, but the overall price for a dozen bottles was still excellent. It felt like a smart purchase and definitely worth the money I spent.

Got a corked bottle from them before. What's their policy if I get another dud?

S Steven K. 1 week ago
I've had to return a corked bottle once. It was pretty straightforward, just contact their customer service and they'll sort you out. They have a satisfaction guarantee too.

They're usually good about corked wine. Just tell them and they'll replace it or refund. Don't worry about it too much.

Anyone compared Cracka Wines to Dan Murphy's or Vinomofo? Wondering who has better deals for red wine dozens.

D Danielle L. 2 weeks ago
Cracka can have better deals, especially with their clearance sales or member-exclusive pricing. Vinomofo is good for specific 'killer deals' but Cracka's mixed dozens often have a better average bottle price. Dan Murphy's is more general retail.

I find Cracka Wines has some unique stuff you don't always see at Dan Murphy's, and their mystery cases are a fun gamble. Vinomofo is great for those super deep discounts on specific labels, but for everyday value and variety in a dozen, Cracka holds its own.

Thinking of trying out Cracka Wines for the first time. Do they usually have a discount for new customers?

L Linda Gomez 1 month ago
Yeah, I got $20 off my first order when I signed up for their newsletter. Keep an eye out for that pop-up.

Definitely check for a first order code. They often do $20 off or something like 10-15% for new folks, usually with a minimum spend or if you buy a case.

What's shipping usually like from Cracka Wines? I'm in LA, wondering how long it would take to get a case.

M Matt Rodriguez 4 weeks ago
They're based in Australia, so if you're in LA, you're not going to get delivery from them. You'll need a US-based wine store.

O Olivia Harris 3 weeks ago
Cracka Wines only ships within Australia. So, no delivery to LA sadly.

are cracka wines' mixed cases any good? or is it just a bunch of stuff they wanna get rid of?

J Julia G. 1 month ago
I got a mixed red dozen last year and it was decent, found a couple of new favorites actually. Not just duds, surprisingly.

Sometimes it's hit or miss with mixed cases anywhere, but Cracka's 'mystery cases' or curated mixed dozens are usually a good value, especially if you're open to trying new things. I've had good luck with their Barossa Shiraz ones.
